Tasks / Objectives

iv. Refining and finalization of the Provincial Sanitation Strategy, processing its approval in collaboration with relevant departments and preparation of action plan for its implementation
v. Facilitating development and approval of Provincial Drinking Water Supply Strategy;
vi. Developing WATSAN Management Information System (MIS) and preparation of action plan for its implementation
vii. Assisting Local Councils in promoting Community Led Total Sanitation, Hygiene Promotion through capacity building to scale up their activities;
viii. Coordinating effective implementation of Provincial Sanitation Policy and Drinking Water Strategy in collaboration with partner organizations, institutions and stakeholders
ix. Building capacity of WASH partners through coordination and facilitation of training on Emergency Preparedness & Response (EPRP), Behavior Change Communication (BCC), Water Quality and other aspects of WATSAN Services
